WIPER Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has called on Azimio La Umoja – One Kenya Alliance to focus on IEBC reforms and not Maandamano.
He nonchalantly expressed his opinion taking a jibe at his co-principal Raila Odinga.
“2013 ikaibiwa, 2017 ikaibiwa, 2022 ikaibiwa. Sasa mpaka ndugu yangu Raila amekuwa yeye kazi yake ni kuibiwa…kuibiwa tu,” he said.
Kalonzo reiterated even with a change in strategy to have Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua as Raila’s running mate. It still didn’t work.
“Si nilikubali ‘we overturn the bow’ na tukaweka Martha Karua. Si tulimuweka na tukaibiwa? he posed.
He stressed that Azimio should no longer be engaged in Maandamano but focus on IEBC reforms.
Lakini haja yetu sio maandamano, nchi yetu haki na ifanyike Kenya hii. Nimeandamana ya kutosha: 2013, 2017, 2022 na mimi sio kijana sana,” he stated.
