There are signs suggesting that Henry Rotich, the former Finance CS, could potentially be acquitted in the Sh63 billion Arror and Kimwarer dam scandal.
This likelihood arises from State Prosecutor Oliver Mureithi’s announcement in a public hearing.
He revealed his intention to reevaluate the evidence and charges following the assessment of Renson Mulele Igonga, the new Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), as part of the vetting process.
