A new survey by the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (Nacada) reveals interesting facts about cannabis usage in Kenya.
Here are some of the findings:
Cannabis use has increased by 90% in the last five years.
One in every 53 Kenyans is currently using cannabis.
Among males aged 15-65, the rate is higher, with one in 26 (475,770) currently using cannabis.
Nairobi has the highest prevalence of cannabis use, at 6.3%.
