Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) flags UK-based betting firm W88 for operating in Kenya without a license.
The regulator has requested the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) to take down W88’s website and close their social media account on X (formerly Twitter).
The firm operated by Marquee Holdings Ltd is being investigated and BCLB is considering sanctions.
