Milimani Law Court has released Activist and software developer Rose Njeri on a personal bond of Sh100,000.
The court will deliver a ruling on the validity of the charge sheet on 20th June 2025.
She faced charges under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act after allegedly creating a platform that allowed citizens to reject specific clauses in the controversial 2025 Finance Bill.
