Ugandan National Seeks Help in Finding Lost Father in Kenya

A Ugandan national is urgently seeking assistance in locating his father Sande Isaac who went missing in Kenya three months ago.

“Good morning Sunset Media. I am Mande Abel a Ugandan national. I was connected to you. I have an issue with my biological father who got lost in Kenya Mombasa for three months now. Please help us find him.”

Sande Isaac, a resident of Kapchorwa District in Uganda, disappeared on March 1, 2024, near Mariakani, Mombasa, at around 8:00 PM.

According to a letter from a local official in Kapchorwa Municipality, Isaac had traveled to Kenya to accompany his mother for medical treatment.

Despite efforts to find him, his whereabouts remain unknown.

The family believes he may have been arrested in Kenya due to several reasons detailed in the letter.

Sande Isaac has a history of alcohol and Kuber (a local stimulant) use, which sometimes leads to erratic behavior.

He traveled to Kenya without his national identity card and did not go through the immigration processes of both Uganda and Kenya.

He was seen with alcohol packs and Kuber in his jacket and was consuming it at every bus stop during the journey.

At the time he got lost, he was wearing a jacket with the logo “Time Keeper” along with the same rosary and brown shorts.
