Miraa Debate: South Sudanese will line up long lines of empty seats in the evening preparing for revellers who will sit for long hours smoking shisha, & drinking tea (green, yellow, black, etc.)
If you are a Kenyan, and it is your first time you’ll think the arrangements is for people waiting to chew miraa.
Miraa is banned in South Sudan, same as in Tanzania.
Shisha is banned in Kenya.
Marijuana is legal in some countries in the world and illegal in others including Kenya.
The point is, different countries with different drugs /substances that are banned or not banned.
In South Sudan’s formative years as a young country, some regions imposed bans on shisha smoking.
