A worker who was on a night shift at the refinery, got his second finger chopped off by a conveyer belt as the night supervisor tasked him to demonstrate how he had lost his first finger in the first instance.
Earlier, the sluggish worker was engaged in a carefree chit chat with fellow employees that saw him lose a finger by the meandering conveyer belt. And as a company policy, all factory accidents have to be reported, recorded by the supervisor for further investigations and compensation. So after it was brought to the supervisor’s attention, he demanded to be shown how the accident had occurred, and in the process, he injured his next finger.
Is this ignorance?
