DJ Nosh declares love for Bomet women rep aspirant Linet Toto

Only a day after securing a UDA party ticket, a 24-year-old politician began receiving overtures from men. Linet Chepkorir, alias Toto, came out on top against all odds and will now run for the Bomet Women Representative seat in the general election. A Kalenjin DJ expressed his love for her shortly after her victory was revealed.

DJ Nosh posted a video of himself following the news of Toto’s victory and confessing his love for her. He often said, “Toto, achamin (I love you).” “Somebody tell Toto,” Nosh added, urging netizens to assist him in getting the word to the young politician. Many of Nosh’s followers were amused by his tweet, with others expressing an interest in seeing Toto in person.
Toto rose to prominence after being denied access into DP William Ruto’s Karen home. She had travelled with other Rift Valley officials, but the security officers thought her attire inappropriate for the gathering. Chepkorir, who came from a poor family, couldn’t afford the garb the guards considered appropriate for an applicant to an elective position. “Intruding into a leaders’ meeting much above her cut,” they charged. She, on the other hand, refused to be intimidated and persisted on going to the meeting. She then supplied her passcode, which allowed her access to the heavily guarded home.
