Deputy President William Ruto has paid tribute to the late President Mwai Kibaki, describing him as Kenya’s greatest president. Ruto said Kibaki was a respected public worker in both the opposition and the government during his state funeral speech at Nyayo National Stadium.
According to the DP, he has no doubt that the fifth president shares the same goal as KIbaki and will work to continue KIbaki’s legacy of infrastructure and economic development.
