The outcasted former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chief executive Ezra Chiloba has been appointed as a Youth Enterprise Development Fund board for three years by the ICT CS, Joe Mucheru.

His appointment comes two years after his dramatic exit from IEBC, where he faced it rough till his departure.
The Youth Enterprise Development Fund is destined to improve and encourage youths to be innovative and create job opportunities amongst themselves and help escalate job creations.
The fund falls under the Ministry of Public Service, Gender and Youth Affairs, a state corporation mainly focused on bettering youths’ lives.
