Female teacher by the name Miriam Wanjiru who went missing last year 19th December 2021, her body remains have been found in an abandoned well in Ingwamiti location in Nyahururu Laikipia County.
Miriam a mother of one and a teacher at St Louis Secondary School reports of her missing were reported by househelp who grew impatient after a wait of three days and she was no where to be found .
The lady left with one year old infant left helpless went and reported to Losongwa police station where the police started their investigations immediately.
Before her disappearance Miriam is said to have had a conflict with the husband Peter Kanyi over unreconcilable matters. Peter sold Miriam’s matatu that he used to do business with rending him jobless and still had withdrawn 120,000 ksh from her equity bank account .
Peter Kanyi who is now under arrest , called Miriam and told her that he had taken poison and he needed her help. Miriam who went to rescue her dying husband didn’t know she had fallen into a trap. Upon her going Miriam never came back.
