A man by the name Jack Songo a night runner in Homabay explained why he failed his KCSE examination yet he would have really passed.
Songo who scored a C- stated that he only failed his KCSE examination since he was not allowed to do his exam at night.
During his years of study the CS for education was George Magoha who he says if he had only allowed him to do his exams at night he would have really performed well.
Claiming he was a nocturnal Songo had raised his concerns to the examination body before the exams started but they did not allow him to do as per his wish.
Reasonable enough to everyone since it has never occured that any examinations expecially the KCSE and KCPE had happened at night.
Only fixed time were you allowed to have your exam . If you are sick you had to do it in hospital but still at the same time as the rest.
