Journalist Seth Olale joins Royal Media Services as a Senior Reporter after quitting NTV.

Journalist Seth Olale has joined Royal Media Services as a Senior Reporter today, Monday 28th March 2022, just days after leaving Nation Media Group, NTV. Olale had worked for NTV for almost ten years, starting as an intern in 2011 and eventually becoming a full-time employee. He wrote, “Today, I officially began the work as a Senior Reporter at Royal Media Services.” As he begins his new work at the Royal Media Services, Kenyans have taken to his timeline to write words of goodwill.

The renowned journalist joins Citizen TV only weeks after Nation Media announced Joe Ageyo as its new Editorial Director for Broadcast. After four years with Citizen TV, Joe decided to leave. Ageyo will begin working for NMG on April 1, 2022, according to NMG CEO Stephen Gitama’s announcement. “As Editorial Director – Broadcasting, he will be a key member of the Group’s leadership team, helping to design and implement the Group’s editorial strategy.” According to an excerpt from the CEO, Joe will be in charge of the editorial functions of NMG’s broadcast operations in Kenya across many platforms.
