It has been agony and pain to Kenyans since the first Corona Virus case reported on 12th March 2020.
What followed was dark days as many Kenyans lost their jobs and the economy drastically bowed to its knees.
WHO in conjunction with the Kenyan government outlined protocols to be observed in order to curb the spread of the deadly disease.
It has been 7 months now, and many Kenyans are both mentally and emotionally affected by the continued protocols that not even the leaders observe. With the current huge crowds observed lately, has drove many Kenyans to rant and call for an immediate reconsideration so that Kenyans can go back to their normal businesses.
Muscat Moreno Sayye, a leader and head of the creative industry penned down this letter to the President:
DEAR MR. PRESIDENT: @ukenyatta
Its now been 7 Months Since The Curfew Was Initiated and The Hospitality Industry Affected BigTime. Bars, NightClubs, Resturants, Major Hotels and Parks Closed. This Rendered Most Of Us Jobless. Its Been A Real Struggle to Survive. We Have Observed All Protocalls Lay Down by the MOH… HandWashing Procedures, Sanitizing, Social Distancing and Wearing Of a Mask Just to keep us all safe.
ITS VERY UNFORTUNATE OUR VERY OWN LEARDERS HOLD RALLIES EN FUNNY ENOUGH NO MASKS ..NO SOCIAL DISTANCING..
WE HUMBLY ASK YOU TO CALL OFF THE CURFEW EN ALLOW US RE-OPEN OUR BUSINESSES.
A DAY WITHOUT A MEAL IS OK..TWO DAYS FAIR..THREE DAYS IS TOURTURE. FAMILIES ARE SUFFERING & MOST OF THEM LIVING IN PAIN.
