In England, a young star to Kenyan and English parents, Tyler Onyango, secured promotion to the premier league club, Everton’s first team. Onyango earned the befitting promotion after a successful run in the English premier league under 23 sides.

At only 17 years, the central midfielder has shown impressive form in the past two years under his coach and team manager David Unsworth. The manager was excited for the young star as he wished him good luck in his football career.
“All the best players start with us when they are 16 or 17, it is always been the case and history will tell you that and he’s another one. He’s come in and he’s taken to the level straight away,” Unsworth stated during an interview with the echo.
Onyango joined the Merseyside club at only years of age before climbing up the premier league ranks. Predominantly, he is an impressive midfielder in the Everton academy. He has signed his first professional contract with Everton, which will run until June 2023.
Fortunately for Kenya, the teenager is not yet capped by England. In a recent interview, he revealed his willingness to play for the Kenya national football team.
