Chaos at Nakuru’s Railways Bus Stage as Youths Clash With Police
Chaos broke out at the Railways bus stage in Nakuru town on Wednesday after local youths attempted to disrupt operations at the busy matatu termini.
According to Nakuru East Sub-County Police Commander Samson Adaje, officers responded swiftly to disperse the group, who were reportedly armed with stones. The motive behind the attempted disruption remains unclear.
The confrontation forced businesses in the area to shut down as traders fled for safety. Several reported major losses, saying their shops remained closed until calm was restored.
