Jalang’o Breaks Silence Over Viral Maybach-Style Mercedes-Benz
Lang’ata MP Jalang’o has finally addressed speculation surrounding a luxurious Mercedes-Benz GLS fitted with a Maybach body kit after videos of the vehicle went viral on social media.
The clips sparked conversations among Kenyans, with many assuming that the lawmaker had added another expensive vehicle to his collection. However, Jalang’o has dismissed the claims, insisting that the car does not belong to him.
Responding to the online discussion, the MP explained that he deals in car sales, suggesting that the vehicle was part of his business rather than a personal purchase.
His response has brought a new twist to the conversation, with the clarification highlighting how easily social media videos can fuel assumptions about the lifestyles of public figures.
The Mercedes-Benz GLS, known for its luxurious design and premium features, attracted attention because of its Maybach-inspired appearance. The distinctive body kit further fueled curiosity about the vehicle and its alleged owner.
As the debate continues online, Jalang’o’s explanation offers a reminder that seeing someone with a luxury vehicle does not necessarily mean they own it.
For now, the lawmaker maintains that he was selling the SUV, not buying it.
