A high-ranking County Executive Committee (CEC) member in Governor Hillary Barchok’s administration is the talk of the town in Bomet after allegedly eloping with another man’s spouse and child.
The powerful official long considered a right-hand man to Governor Barchok reportedly whisked away the woman who is now living with him as his second wife in a different county as the heartbroken husband (an employee of a local industry) reels in despair.
