Former Chief Justice David Maraga has called for the arrest of DCI Amin, IG Kanja and DIG Lagat over the brutal murder of Albert Ojwang while in police custody.
He says they must be held accountable for negligence, lies and their roles in what he describes as a clear case of police brutality. Maraga insists that unless action is taken before 25th June 2025, there will be a push for private prosecution.
The former CJ says the buck stops with the top leadership of the police service and that justice for Ojwang cannot be delayed any longer.
